CLIENT: FLAME TREE COMMUNITY FOOD CO-OP

SIZE: 122sqm

SCOPE: To work with the co-op members to co-design and project manage the relocation and renovation of the co-op into a new space. The co-op was to be given a fresh new look, whilst making environmentally sustainable improvements to display and accessibility. We created a new retail, layout and signage strategy with the team and took a local circular economy approach to the fitout design and construction. The project strengthened community and stakeholder morale and more than doubled the co-ops gross turn over.
