Forward Thinking Design managed the design of the extension of the administrative floor space and projection of the building façade at Catalina Club, expanding and modernising the club’s operational footprint in collaboration with Architect Hy Chheng and ROC Engineering.

The new administrative offices were designed as a sustainable, durable and ergonomic workplace, prioritising high acoustic performance to support focus, comfort and productivity. Materials and finishes were carefully selected for longevity and performance in a high-use environment, while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic aligned with the Club’s evolving identity.

In addition, elegant and warmly detailed public bathrooms were created throughout the venue, elevating the visitor experience with refined finishes, improved functionality and a timeless design language that balances sophistication with durability.
