The latest gourmet destination to hit Sydney is ABODE Bistro & Bar, located in PARKROYAL Darling Harbour on the fringe of the CBD, and it is sure to make diners feel at home. During the week it opens from 7am until late with an 11am opening time on Sundays) making it a perfect venue for any occasion, day or night. The multi-space interior features chic Florence Broadhurst wallpaper, bold carpeting, and most importantly, an array of divine drinks, meals and cocktails: with ‘his’ and ‘hers’ mixes that span from the sweet ‘Berry Welcome’ to the citron tastes of a ‘Captain Oscar’. The bistro has a focus on seasonal produce, serving up divine Wagyu sliders, seared scallops, and butternut pumpkin risotto just to list a few. The space was officially opened with an elegant launch event on Tuesday evening, with guests enjoying the creations of Head Chef Ryan Hong and the atmospheric new interiors on offer.
