CLIENT: RIVERSTONE SCHOFIELDS MEMORIAL CLUB
SCOPE: To create a new restaurant brand and fitout design strategy for Riverstone Schofields Memorial Club. FTD provided market research, brand strategy and menu recommendations in guiding the Club towards attracting a more diverse and younger market. FTD designed the new visual identity and fitout strategy including proposals to improve kitchen ergonomics and operational efficiencies, to improve patron and staff experience, and to increase revenue and community engagement for the Club.
