CLIENT: PARKROYAL HOTEL DARLING HARBOUR, PAN PACIFIC HOTEL GROUP

SIZE: 420sqm

FITOUT BUDGET: $1.2 million

SCOPE: Full design thinking process for the creation of a new brand and business strategy and fitout design. Process included extensive market research, SWOT analysis, strategy and ideation. Client staff were engaged in the layout designs of the bars and commercial kitchen to ensure best practice ergonomics and flow. The brief was to design a relaxed restaurant/bar to have the comforts of home so that guests feel at ease when dining. The project also required international guests to be given a taste of local culture.
