CLIENT: CLUB CATALINA GOLF CLUB

SCOPE: Following FTD’s advice; to consider long term strategic planning upon which to base a grander vision for the club’s improvement, Club Catalina engaged FTD to guide their Board and management through creating a Building Master Plan. FTD’s scope of works included leading the club through market and stakeholder research, co-designing a 3 year strategy for re-positioning the club in its marketplace, and planning the overall improvement of the clubhouse and its surrounding facilities in order to achieve a more competitive long-term future.
