CLIENT: Parramatta Bike Hub/Addventageous

SCOPE: Forward Thinking Design were responsible for facilitating an engagement and consultancy project with Addventageous/ Paramatta Bike Hub. The objective was to prepare a research report and brief to assist this social enterprise in finding a new premises. Our research established how PBH fulfils the policy objectives of government agencies and addresses community needs.

We compiled a brief and list of features required, in order to guide the selection and design of a new premises. This list was extrapolated form our desktop and community engagement research. We provided recommended business strategy to assist our client in being able to support gaining and maintaining a new larger premises, in a financially sustainable fashion.
